Sylvie Tardif
  •  18 years of experience in Immigration Law.
  •  Member of the Barreau du Québec (Québec Bar) since 1994.
  •  Graduated in Law from the University of Sherbrooke.
  •  Graduated in French Literature from McGill University.
  •  Counsel  to the Board of Directors of the AQAADI  (Quebec Immigration Lawyers Association) from 2003 to 2007 and again since May 2012.

Ms. Tardif has oriented her practice toward Immigration Law, working in collaboration with several leading law firms specializing in this field. She has considerable expertise in economic and humanitarian immigration, both in aiding business people to accomplish their projects and in helping family members of Canadian citizens to successfully relocate.

During her career, Ms. Tardif has represented clients before the Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and also before the Federal Court of Canada.

In her role as a counsel in the AQAADI association, Ms. Tardif has participated in Parliamentary Committees in Immigration Law.
